Client Deliverables
Intellectual property ownership for ghostwritten content, photographs, or other deliverables produced for clients is governed by the written service agreement between Adventure CMO and the client. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of client deliverables absent a signed contract.
6. Educational Email Course
By signing up for the Adventure CMO email course, you agree to receive a series of educational emails to the address you provide. Course content is for informational purposes only (see Section 3). You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.
Adventure CMO reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the email course at any time without notice.
7. Contact Form Submissions
Submitting a contact form does not create a client relationship, contract, or obligation on the part of Adventure CMO to provide services. A formal engagement begins only upon execution of a written service agreement and receipt of any applicable deposit.
